BIRRIA TACOS

Four corn tortillas dipped in thin layer of fat that floats to the top of the birria then filled with meat and thrown on the griddle giving them their red look and addictively crispy exterior, served with the consommé or broth from the stew topped with onions and cilantro the TACOS ARE BOTH DIPPED IN THE CONSOMME.
